1. OnePlus Premium Service Policy

Terminal device: Terminal device here refers to OnePlus Open

1.1. OnePlus Premium Service is provided by OnePlus authorized service center subject to the Terms & Conditions.

1.2. OnePlus Premium Service aims at eliminating your hassle while you using your device. It includes:

i. Premium Lane

ii. Exclusive Hotline

iii. Premium Standby Phone

iv. Extended Replacement Policy

v. 2 Hour Flash Fix

* Available services are subject to the place where the service is provided.

1.3. For daily device protection, you can also enjoy the following services:

i. Free Send-in Repair

ii. Free Phone Cleaning Service

iii. Free Software Upgrade

1.4. Premium Lane: It is an exclusive lane which allows users who buy a OnePlus Open device to skip the queuing when users come to designated OnePlus service center or authorized service center.

1.5. Exclusive Hotline: It is exclusive hotline which offers 24/7 service for users who buy a OnePlus Open device.

1.6. Extended Replacement Policy: In case of in-warranty hardware quality issues occurring within 30 days after purchase, the device is eligible for a replacement service. Service Entitlement Duration: One year.

1.7. Free Send-in Repair Service: Please note that OnePlus covers the shipping fees. But for devices that are not covered by warranty or warranty period has expired, the costs of spare part replacement are not covered.

1.8. Screen Protection Plan offers one chance to replace the mobile phone screen for free for its damage caused by accident drop, crack, or breakage before the plan’s expiration date.

1.9. OnePlus Care offers 2 years of device protection coverage from the date of purchase of the registered device and 1 year of extended warranty. To keep the Device protected from liquid and physical damages along with the extension of manufacturer’s warranty by an additional period of 1year.

1.10. Extended Warranty offers extending Manufacturer warranty of the mobile phone. The customer can request to repair the mobile phone for free for its mechanical problems within effective period.

1.11. Accidental Damage Protection offers one-time service to replace the mobile phone damaged part for free for its damage caused by accident drop, crack, breakage, or liquid damage before the plan’s expiration date.

1.12. Other value-added services not mentioned above are subject to the place where the service is provided.

1.13. To the extent permitted by local law, OnePlus service center in the place where the service is provided will provide the OnePlus Premium Service based on the local availability of the materials to ensure a better user experience.

1.14. You need to grant authorization to obtain relevant information by signing the delivery receipt and the relevant statement; otherwise, the OnePlus customer service center reserves the right to refuse to provide the service.

1.15. Please purchase the device through the official channel recognized by OnePlus, otherwise, the customer service center reserves the right to refuse to provide the service for a device that is not purchased through an official channel.

1.16. You understand and agree that as a result of the service provided, your device/repaired material may vary in appearance or function, and the safety standards/mark for your device/repaired material may apply only to the place where the service is provided due to the requirements of local law as it may differ from the requirements of the law in the place where you purchased your device.

2. The followings are not covered by the OnePlus Premium Service

2.1. Device models that are not covered by the OnePlus Premium Service according to the local policy (the place where the device is purchased).

2.2. Devices that are not sold through official channels.

2.3. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

2.4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.

2.5. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

2.6. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.

2.7. Ordinary wear and tear.

2.8. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.

2.9. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.

2.10. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

2.11. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product.

2.12. Products not purchased from OnePlus.in (we recommend you to contact the point of sale for support).

2.13. Repair conducted by un-official repair centers.
