During the repair process, Diagnostic Tool Service and other related apps must be activated so that service center technicians can troubleshoot and address issues with your phone.

If the required app is out of date, it will need to be updated through plugins and push installations. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide technical support for your phone.

OnePlus will also collect device IMEI, base station ID, location information, error logs, application version number, application usage records, application installation records, application deletion records, device restart time, WiFi list, photo records, and camera launch records in order to provide repair services and device optimization.
